E.j. Basta
Owner & President
Owner and operator of 314 Sports Management. E.J. has been the President of the Redbirds since 2010. As a Redbird player from 1996-2002 E.J. is one of the most decorated players in Redbirds history, a 2006 Hall of Fame Inductee. Since taking over the Redbirds in 2010 the program has reached new heights in team and player success with over 120 players advancing to college & professional baseball since 2010.
Sam Basta
Vice President of 314 Sports Management. Sam has been a part of the Redbirds program since 1998 first as a player, then as a coach, and now as a coach/front office member. Sam was Drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 2006 MLB draft as a left handed pitcher. Currently Sam serves as the varsity baseball & softball assistant coach at Marquette High School.

Aaron Basler
Vice President
Vice President of 314 Sports Management and member of the Redbirds staff since 2012, Aaron a Ste. Genevieve, MO native played his collegiate baseball at Missouri Baptist University. Coaching at the college level before joining the Redbirds, Basler brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization as a whole running the High School programs day to day operations.
Cameron Duke
Cameron played for Jackson, MO High School all 4 years. Went to Shawnee Community College for 2 years of college, then moved onto Missouri Valley College, in Marshall, MO, for his last 2 years. He was voted team captain/MVP all 4 years of his college career. This season will be his third year with the Redbirds. He started as a head coach but has progressed into a front office role handling scheduling, tryouts, and roster placement.

Matt Mokriakow
Youth Coordinator & Instructor
Matt Mokriakow has been with the Redbirds organization since 2016 and has coached High School and Youth teams in his time with the Redbirds. Along with being a Redbirds coach Matt is involved in the programming for the training of youth players within the Redbirds program.
Jeramy Allerdissen
Youth Coordinator & Lead Instructor
Jeramy has been with the Redbirds baseball program since 2008 serving many different roles throughout the organization. Currently Jeramy is the youth development coordinator for the St Louis Nike Redbirds baseball organization along with being the lead instructor at 314 Training Academy.
Jacob Abraham
Youth Coordinator & Lead Instructor
Jacob has been a baseball instructor for 10 years. Along with training Jacob has been a coach with the St Louis Redbirds for 8 seasons. While with 314 Training Academy he has worked with numerous high school players who have advanced on to play at the collegiate level.
